The first step in the process is for you to hit the CONTACT button and tell us about yourself. After you answer some basic questions, we'll give you a call back to have a conversation. This is our FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION. We will answer questions you have and give you a basic overview of what a relationship with RETHINK will look like.

#2 SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION

From there we schedule a time to meet over Skype or conference call. This is where our team asks detailed questions and gets to know your vision and goals. We design an individualized plan that includes a breakdown in pricing, a gear list and everything we think you'll need to be successful. This list will be yours to keep whether or not you decide to use our services.

#3 APPROVAL / DESIGN

Once you decide to move forward we will begin work on finalizing our design for your space. There will be on-going communication throughout this process as we fine tune and make adjustments along the way.

#4 INSTALL / TRAINING

We arrive on site to implement the system we've designed for you, as well as hands-on training for you and your team of volunteers. They will feel confident to run a successful service from start to finish. We will typically stick around for your first Sunday to make sure things run smoothly and to answer questions. 

#5 ON-GOING SUPPORT

Our on-going support means you can be confident about your relationship with RETHINK Church Media. We stand behind the service we provide and the gear we install. We will also be available by phone to answer any on-going questions you may have.

 

PRICING

Our goal is to partner with you to maximize your effectiveness as a ministry without spending unnecessary amounts of money.

The packages we build for our clients vary greatly in price. One of our core values is that relationship would be the starting point and the foundation of what we do. That means we want to get to know you! We want to find out what inspires you and what you're aiming to accomplish. Then we can take the time to build you a custom-tailored package that will meet your needs for now, and for years to come.

All our packages include On-Site Training & Implementation as well as On-Going Support. Some ballpark examples of pricing could be anywhere from $15,000 for a basic system, to $80,000 and up for a package including everything we offer (audio, video, lighting, branding/design). Remember, our heart is to help.
